He poses the Focusing Question of: “What’s the ONE thing I can do–such that by doing it–everything else will be easier or unnecessary?”
Think about it.
How can you apply this question to your health ?
Your exercise plan.
Your social life.
Put this question into your phone as a “reminder” and watch it pop up every single day.
It will immediately put the priority on the word ONE.
Throw out those lists of all the things you should do. Asking this question will put your brain on a laser stream of clarity of what you want to do.
