We cannot change what is going on outside and all around us.
What we can change is what’s happening inside and how we react.
When I talk about “inside”, it could be inside your home…inside your office…inside your body.
Speaking to how we “react” to outside forces such as the weather, your family, your co-workers, other drivers on the road…basically life…we are choosing that emotion.
Yeah, this post is turning into a life lesson email which in turn is going to help you reframe how you are thinking right this second.
Choose adaptation when thinking about the winter weather.
