I see clients on a daily basis who have acquired too much “stored energy”.
Yesterday, I saw a client who literally lit up the room because she has been dealing with a substantial amount of chronic stress over a 2 year period.
If she were an electrical socket and I plugged my cell phone into her outlet, she would have recharged my battery is less than 1 hour.
Are you ever around people that make you anxious, nervous, or downright jittery ?
It’a NOT you. It’s the energy that you feel in the room that that a person near you projects.
So, what do you do with all that extra energy ?
You do something to get rid of that extra energy.
Think of your pet.
Do notice the “witching hour” ? Its the time of day (usually at dusk) where your animal goes bonkers and runs around the house (or in the pen outside). It’s like they are “running off” stored energy and then they calm down and go back to sleep.
As humans, we produce energy everyday from the foods we eat–from the beverages we drink –and we also gain energy from our electronic devices.
Yes, those electromagnetic waves do affect us.
To rid of the excess, movement is the ONLY way to balance our physical energy.
