Mobility and strength is the foundation for spine health. These sessions increase flexibility first then move onto strengthening. Sessions can last 1 week or 6 months depending on your level of pain and inactivity. Muscle groups that are the main focus are the back, hips, and legs. Modifications are available for those suffering from arthritis in the knees and hips.
